Cheryl Santiago is the founder and CEO of Get Hired Coach Inc., a career transition and coaching practice. Her passion is helping her clients earn what they’re worth, love what they do, and transform their lives. She works with clients in all phases of their careers. She delights in helping her clients navigate the job transition process with confidence!
She has almost three decades of corporate experience and has worked in some of the most prestigious consulting firms delivering IT strategic planning for senior-level federal and commercial clients. During her career, she has interviewed, hired and made salary decisions for hundreds of employees. She knows the hiring game from the inside and knows what hiring managers want.
